Alexandra cheered for the Alouettes from 2006 to 2009 and from 2013 to 2019. She was co-captain of the team for 5 years and helped implement audition prep-classes to guide hopeful candidates through the audition process and better understand what to expect if selected on the team. Alexandra has a Masters in Sport Administration from the University of Louisville (KY, USA) and got her first job with the Alouettes as a Community Programs Coordinator. She then worked for various sport events organising committees including the 2010 Vancouver Olympics and the International Gymnix. In 2014, she started working for Karate Canada (governing body for the sport of karate in Canada) as their Programs Manager. Her main role involves developing, managing and evaluating programs such as coach and official development, safe sport, gender equity and para-karate.
