Allison began her dance career in Alberta at an early age and continued her dance studies upon moving to British Columbia. She has studied with numerous teachers and choreographers across Canada and the United States in disciplines including jazz, tap, ballet, contemporary, modern, musical theatre and hip hop. Some of Allison's favourite dance experiences and memories have been, soloist performer at Festival by the Sea in St. John, New Brunswick, BC Lions Cheerleader for three consecutive seasons, 92-94. assistant performance director and dancer for the 2010 Paralympic Winter Opening Ceremonies, Creative Director for Team Canada West that travelled to Poland to compete internationally in 2019, as well as a dancer on the TV show Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist. Allison has been the creative director of her own dance studio in British Columbia for the past 24 years. Her enthusiasm, positive attitude, passion, and love of dance continue to inspire all of her students. Her vibrant choreography has won numerous awards and she continues to excel as a dance instructor. Many of her students have gone on to pursue their own successful careers in the entertainment industry as choreographers, teachers, influencers, actors, singers and dancers. Her dancers performing with Patrick Roberge Productions (PRP), Disney Cruise Lines, Princess Cruise Lines and Tokyo Disney, just to name a few. Allison is thrilled to be a part of the CFCAO as a co-director for British Columbia (with the incredible Darby Steeves!) and can't wait to make more memories with alumni cheerleaders across the country!
