Lori Rudolph-Crawford is a Winnipeg Blue Bomber Cheer Alumni. Lori cheered between 1985-1993 and took on the role as co-coach and choreographer for the last couple of her cheer years. Lori recently joined the CFCAO and was thrilled to be a part of the performance team at the 2024 Grey Cup in Vancouver. Lori also performed as part of the Winnipeg Blue Bomber alumni cheer on a couple of occasions including at the 2015 Grey Cup festival in Winnipeg. For the last few years, Lori has been an active member of the Winnipeg Blue Bomber Alumni participating in various community events, fundraisers and game day activities. Along with other alumni cheer, Lori also proudly works for the Bomber organization in the suites on game days welcoming and assisting corporate partners, guests and fans. Lori has a degree in Human Ecology (Nutritional Sciences) from the University of Manitoba, she is a Registered Dietitian and recently retired after working for the past 20 years for First Nations and Inuit Health in a variety of positions such as community nutritionist, Program Manager and Senior Policy Analyst. For many years Lori was an active member of many committees, volunteer endeavors and boards, for example, she served as the Chair of the College of Dietitians of Manitoba earlier in her career. During these early career years she regularly appeared on the “Great Tastes of Manitoba” TV show pairing her passion for cooking and healthy eating. In her “retirement” Lori fills her day doing things that bring happiness and challenge her to continue to learn and grow. She recently became a member of Marketplace Players amateur theatre company and performed in the play “Sunrise Over the Old Factory”. Lori enjoys going to the gym, cross country skiing, hiking, gardening, travelling and being immersed in nature at the cabin. But her most cherished time is spent at home with her husband John, daughter Kayla, on Jordan, fur baby Ozzy dog and 2 cats. Lori is thrilled to join the cheer alumni family as a co-director with the CFCAO and looks forward to and exciting year ahead -especially as Winnipeg welcomes the Grey Cup festivities in 2025!
